Frances Russell helps marketing leaders improve customer relationship management through marketing data and analytics as well as digital marketing strategies. She covers a few specific marketing technologies: Customer data platforms (CDPs), digital asset management systems (DAMs), and dashboarding providers.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Russell worked for two years in research with CEB's Marketing Leadership Council and two years in research with CEB's Information Technology (IT) Leadership Council.
