Glenda Morgan is a Research Director in Gartner Research. Dr. Morgan's research area is higher education technology strategies, including learning management systems and platforms, student success, online and hybrid learning, and other technologies to support teaching and learning such as remote proctoring.
Prior to joining Gartner, Dr. Morgan had 20 years of experience in higher education, including as a faculty member and most recently leading the Academic Technology Services unit at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
She directed the Academic Technology Services group at the University of Illinois, where she set strategy and provided support for classroom technology, digital media services, e-textbooks, general access computing laboratories, emerging technologies and teaching and learning support.
