Guy Creese is Vice President, Analyst within the Gartner for Technical Professionals Collaboration and End-User Technologies practice. Mr. Creese covers Cloud Office (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365), content collaboration tools (CCTs, previously known as EFSS), and productivity suites such as Office 2016, Office 2019 and Microsoft 365 Apps (previously known as Office 365 ProPlus).
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Creese was an IT industry analyst covering content management, business intelligence and web analytics. Before that, he worked in IT and software development in a variety of roles, including serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Programmer, Product Manager (operating systems and middleware), Customer Support Engineer and Technical Editor.
