Heidi Frank is currently a Principal, Advisory on the Digital Performance Benchmarks Team, specifically within the CPG sector. Within this team, Ms. Frank partners with fellow Advisors and Researchers to measure and benchmark CPG brands, identify trends, and provide customized insights and actionable digital marketing recommendations to her clients.
Ms. Frank's previous digital marketing experience spanned both the agency and client worlds. Agency-side, she was an account manager who led clients' advertising business across the pharmaceutical, insurance, and CPG industries. Major projects included managing website relaunches, acquisition marketing strategy and development, integrated campaign strategy and creative activation, social media strategy and delivery, marketing measurement, and partnership/sponsorship activations.
Client-side, she transitioned to premium specialty retail and managed a brand's omnichannel marketing strategy that included brand marketing, brand and product research, managing corporate social responsibility initiatives, social and influencer strategy, media management, and team operations.
