Hillary Plank is a Director, Advisory, on the Gartner for Marketing Leaders team. Ms. Plank researches consumer Health and Healthcare behaviors, Parents and Gen Z. As a passionate teacher of consumer insights, she's not only focused on why people do what they do, but more importantly, what brands can do to create communications that are meaningful to their target audiences. She loves helping her clients and leading them to new ideas or perspectives that can set strategies ablaze.

Prior to joining Iconoculture as an Associate Strategist in 2007 (before it was acquired by CEB, and then Gartner), Ms. Plank led research for a national executive recruiting firm, sourcing and interviewing executives for culture fits in healthcare, finance and the nonprofit sector. She began her career in public and investor relations working alongside an entrepreneur as he launched the agency for the first two years.
