Prior to joining Iconoculture as an Associate Strategist in 2007 (before it was acquired by CEB, and then Gartner), Ms. Plank led research for a national executive recruiting firm, sourcing and interviewing executives for culture fits in healthcare, finance and the nonprofit sector. She began her career in public and investor relations working alongside an entrepreneur as he launched the agency for the first two years.
