Ivo Tsvyatkov is a Principal Analyst in the quantitative innovation group covering the imaging and printing market. Mr. Tsvyatkov's primary focus is identifying and analyzing emerging trends within the areas of managed printing services. He provides insight to help Product Managers, Marketers, CIOs and General Managers better understand the competitive landscape and end-user trends along with advising IT Leaders on vendor selection decisions.
In his previous role at HP, Mr. Tsvyatkov was leading New Product and Services Introduction programs and projects in the EMEA region. He implemented various cloud services and MPS solutions by leading and developing product/service planning over the entire life cycle, including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness and associated processes. He actively collaborated with channel partners regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance.
