Jamie McCaw is a Managing Vice President, overseeing the consumer insights team in the Gartner for Marketers business. Her team researches and advises marketing leaders on consumer behavior, attitudes and the impact it has on marketing. The research covers consumer targets, how consumers behave using communications and buying platforms and consumer culture in society.
Ms. McCaw began her career as a researcher at GfK, studying global consumer trends. She joined media planning agency MediaVest as a consumer researcher on the Walmart account. Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. McCaw worked as a corporate side researcher at Heinz North America where she conducted a range of research for the frozen foods business.
