Jeffery Skowron is a Research Director on the Enterprise Applications team in Gartner for Technical Professionals (GTP), covering CRM technologies ranging from conversational AI, to Microsoft Dynamics 365's CRM offerings as well as supporting customer data initatives with tooling such as MDMs or CDPs.
Mr. Skowron has joined Gartner with a wealth of experience in digital commerce from working with major consumer retail brands like Toys"R"Us, Bed Bath Beyond, TJX and Kohl's. For the past 17 years, he has held a variety of roles, ranging from coding commerce solutions to architecting them while working for enterprise application services providers. He is located in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts.
Mr. Skowron's focus areas include digital commerce implementation; integration using packaged commercial applications; hosting and managed services of digital commerce deployments; and solution architecture creation of enterprise managed services solutions for digital commerce clients.
