Jessica Hong is a Consultant with Gartner consulting supporting High-Tech clients in go-to-market strategies, market quantification and partnership strategies. Ms. Hong has supported engagements for large technology providers around the topics of AI, IoT, Cloud and partner ecosystems.
Ms. Hong supports research around emerging technologies, guiding clients on how they can best structure a go-to-market strategy in a constantly changing business environment.
In addition, Ms. Hong also supports State Local Government clients with organizational change management including current capability assessments, strategy, KPIs, and road mapping.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Hong consulted for an L.A.-based Technology Startup, GIBLIB, worked with AT&T in their strategic pricing division, and developed a strategy to help raise $60 million for a Nonprofit in New York City.
Ms. Hong is a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, specializing in STEM, combining data-driven decision-making and analytics and applying them to business challenges. She is also a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
