Ms. Pollitt's coverage includes open banking business models and strategies as well as treasury management business strategy. She advises executives on their mission-critical priorities focusing on business and technology issues, via hosted networking events including the Treasury Management and Commercial Banking Executive Circles.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Pollitt was a Principal Executive Advisor at CEB responsible for the research and advisory services provided to commercial banking clients globally. As Group Director in CEB TowerGroup's Consulting practice, her areas of expertise developed over 30 years in the financial services industry, included business strategy development, system development life-cycle, customer relationship management and program management.
As an Executive Consultant at CGI she provided advice to senior business executives regarding commercial banking and payment strategies and served as Program Manager for large-scale technology implementation initiatives. As a Senior Principal at American Management Systems, she led teams in the design, development and implementation of treasury management solutions for the corporate banking market. She also spent 10 years in banking and was a Vice President with Chase Manhattan Bank, where she held a variety of positions in the Corporate Banking division including product management, operations, service quality assurance and technology.
