Jocelyn Gerard is a Sr. Director, Analyst in Gartner's Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management organization. Mrs. Gerard advises on software licensing, pricing and contract negotiation strategies with software vendors to help clients achieve sustainable, best-in-class deals. She also advises on how to prepare for, and defend, SAP and Oracle software compliance audits.
Before joining Gartner, Mrs. Gerard worked in a variety of technology procurement, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and vendor management roles. Most recently, she was responsible for the implementation of TD Bank's SAP Enterprise Source-To-Pay initiative, as well as managing the bank's IT and Professional Services Global Delivery procurement teams.
