The main angle of his digital business value research is professional services with a deep dive expertise on communication service provider and media industry. Mr. Forsman has initiated numerous new coverage areas for Gartner during his 20 years with the company. He has a global focus and has been based in California, the U.K. and now France.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Forsman was an industry analyst in Silicon Valley. He has also held positions as a communications professional, as well as an independent market consultant and researcher, both in Europe and in Silicon Valley.
