Juha Korhonen joined Gartner's research after 25 years of experience in CSP operations. He worked in many leadership roles at the operating company and operator group levels in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Previously Juha was Group Director of Innovation and Digital Services with Zain Group in the Middle East. He launched operator B-Brand, a groupwide API program, an innovation program focusing on expansion to new business verticals. Before that, Juha was Chief Commercial Officer with multiple operators leading sales, marketing, product management, product development, branding, advertising, BI, and customer experience.
