Laura Stevenson is a Director with Gartner's Research Content Strategy Team, which is chartered to advance the company's research and advisory strategy and capabilities. Content and Strategy is focused on innovating, improving and evolving Gartner's content portfolio and client experience.
Prior to this role, Ms. Stevenson oversaw the service delivery team for the south region under Executive Programs and Premium Services business units.
Prior to joining Gartner, she spent eight years in Silicon Valley, advising executives of technology providers such as Dell, Oracle, Network Associates and Sun in leveraging customer loyalty and retention programs, strategic planning, operations and product development to create customer-focused organizations.
Ms. Stevenson's Previous positions include market research manager with Oracle, business alliance director for a startup technology company, business development, account management, advertising research analyst, and research operations manager for a New York consulting firm.
