As a product portfolio analyst, Mr. Azaham covers various topics of portfolio management, strategic finance and corporate development. Mr. Azaham advises Tech CEOs and GMs on obtaining funds from venture capital and private equity firms, SPAC business combinations, acquisition and go-to-market strategies, and the role of M&A and business model selection to optimize portfolio performance. Initiatives covered by Mr. Azaham includes engaging CFOs to improve return on investment (ROI) and presenting business cases to obtain executive and board member buy-in.
Prior to Gartner, Mr. Azaham worked for IT startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to this, Mr. Azaham worked for investment banks in New York, London and Singapore where he advised technology and service providers on M&A and capital markets.
