Mike Fasciani is a Sr. Research Director for Digital Workplace Applications. Within this broad category of technologies, Mike's focus is in the areas of Meeting Solutions and Collaboration. His mission is to help Gartner clients make strategic decisions about deployment options, develop rollout plans and application portfolios, and better understand digital workplace trends.
Mr. Fasciani's research interests include meeting solutions, cost-effective UC migration strategies, cloud UC deployments and work-stream collaboration applications.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Fasciani was responsible for VoIP and broader UCC suite portfolio strategies for the midsize to very large enterprise segment. He worked closely with enterprises and service providers to create compelling product strategies, roadmaps and market launches. He led his company's transformation from focusing on traditional telecom product offerings to becoming a software-centric, cloud-ready, full UCC provider.
