Mike West covers the organizational impact and governance of enterprise agile, and agile transformation. Previously, Mr. West was VP and Research Director at Gartner from 1991-1999. Prior to joining Gartner, he worked as a developer and manager in financial services (John Hancock and Fidelity Investments) and high-tech (Apple). He has extensive experience as a developer, as a manager, and as an analyst in application development methods. And he has over a dozen years working as an analyst at Gartner.
