Neil Wynne is a Principal, Analyst on the Transformational Security team within Gartner Research & Advisory. Mr. Wynne's research efforts cover several aspects of cybercrime and fraud prevention, including email fraud and anti-money-laundering.
Prior to his current team, Mr. Wynne was a member of the Gartner Research & Advisory practice that specifically focuses on the success of midsize enterprise CIOs and senior IT leaders. He was the lead analyst covering security and risk management challenges and trends for the midsize enterprise market segment. Prior to his current role, he was an Executive Client Manager in Gartner Executive Programs. He worked directly with U.S. federal government CIOs and senior IT leaders (primarily within the Department of Defense) to support the success of their most critical initiatives, including IT strategic planning, risk management, information assurance, IT cost optimization, cloud computing and process improvement.
