Nibha Khorwal is an Associate Principal Analyst, developing research in the area of Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management leaders. She advises clients in the areas of software pricing and contract negotiation strategies for Workday & general SaaS inquiries. She reviews Workday SaaS subscription proposals, assesses an organization's position based upon degree of leverage factors and adapts advice accordingly as to how to achieve favorable pricing and terms that will reduce costs and minimize risk. She also cover general SaaS Contracting based on T&Cs(not including the pricing) and best practices.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Khorwal worked at Comparex India Pvt. Ltd., in their Business Services divisions, working with clients by providing them detailed assessment of softwares in their environment, by working on tools like SNOW and Flexera and manually as well. She also helped with contract negotiations of Microsoft in the EMEA region.
