The areas of focus include SD-WAN, managed services, telco cloud, SDN, NFV, OSS, BSS, 5G, IoT, Digital, Analytics, network automation and other emerging technology trends such as open-source adoption etc. Product leaders, CTOs, CIOs, sourcing leaders, at CSPs and suppliers would be interested in his research.

Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Marimuthu held various technical and executive management roles with industry leading CSPs and NEPs. His CSP experience includes Network Infrastructure Strategy, Planning, and Architecture, Network Operations, Marketing and Product Management, Sourcing and Sales. His NEP experience includes Product Management, Sales, Business Development, and Account Management. He also worked as an independent management consultant advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
