Rashmi Choudhary is a Research Analyst for digital workplace at Gartner. Ms. Choudhary's research is concentrated on areas like digital workplace program, digital workspace helping the organizations to improve employee experience, engagement and innovation. She advises IT Leaders on enterprise strategies to enable more effective ways of working, to increase workforce digital dexterity through engaging and intuitive work environments, and to exploit existing and emerging technologies for better business outcomes. In addition to this, she also helps the client to choose the best ways to create Smart Workspaces in the organization either by Integrated Workplace Management systems (IWMS), Resource Scheduling Applications (RSA) or emerging technologies like IoT and AI in Digital Workspace.Ms.Choudhary also covers remote work programs and advice clients on how to create effective remote work programs and manage remote workers.
Prior to Gartner, Ms. Choudhary was working as Product Manager in Digital workplace domain where she was involved in creating and managing products solutions that help enterprises to realize the digital workplace significance design solutions enhancing end-user experience from underlying technologies and delivery mechanisms. She was responsible for developing productive IT solutions in the domains of end-user automation, artificial intelligence and workplace analytics. At HCL Technologies, she worked as Product Manager in digital workplace domain for end-user computing services, responsible for creating and managing "productized" IT solutions to enhance end user experience and collaboration. At Cognizant, she worked in managing and optimizing client business applications including submission of deliverables: Functional requirement, application design and application support.
