In addition, Mr. Chiong manages the Gartner L2 Europe team, helping brands improve their digital performance. His focus sectors include Financial Services, FMCG, Telecommunications, and B2B.
At CEB now Gartner, Mr. Chiong was the Managing Director for its Sales, Service, Marketing and Communications practices in EMEA. Prior to that, he served as the Global Research Director for CEB now Gartner's Corporate Communications practice as well as its Marketing practice specializing in Small Business marketing.
