Susan Tan is a member of the T&SP Technology Product Management team with a focus on disruption, innovation, growth and competitive differentiation in enterprise application services, application managed services (AMS) and asset-based managed services. Ms. Tan's current research includes products in services organizations, and products and assets in managed services. Other research topics include SAP S/4HANA implementation partners, SAP SuccessFactors implementation partners and Workday implementation partners.
She helps IT services companies by providing insights into customers, competitors and markets, helping them to make the right strategy, offering, marketing, messaging and positioning decisions that resonate with clients. She also helps end users evaluate and select IT services companies for their most strategic IT programs. Ms. Tan has been quoted in CIO, CFO magazine, InformationWeek, TechTarget and SAPinsider, as well as other industry journals.
Ms. Tan's previous experience includes senior-level positions in management consulting, corporate strategy, marketing and market research at Pilgrim Partners, Novell, Sapient and IDC.
