Tammy Shoham is a Director Analyst with Gartner and leads research for the corporate real estate initiative.
Ms. Shoham career has centered around using data analytics to project how people will most productively use space, and guiding real estate leaders on investments they can make today to stay ahead of change. To this end, she has worked for the country's premier real estate advisory companies, including JLL, RCLCO and AECOM Economics. Prior to Gartner, she was a Vice President with JLL's Mid Atlantic Research team, where she led real estate advisory projects nationally.
