Tessa Flaherty is a Senior Principal within Gartner's Sales Research Practice, specifically supporting Chief Sales Officers and their teams. Ms. Flaherty works closely with client executives helping them to apply Gartner's research to solve their most pressing and critical challenges. Her areas of expertise include preparing for, developing and launching commercial messages, creating and refining onboarding, coaching and other talent development programs and using research to shape strategic direction in the face of changing market dynamics.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Flaherty served as a Strategic Growth Consultant within a financial services company. As a consultant, she was responsible for several of the firm's growth programs around coaching, sales and marketing training, philanthropy, and business planning for their financial advisors. In this dynamic role, Ms. Flaherty became uniquely positioned to deliver consulting to financial advisors on a broad platform of business practice management topics.
