Thomas J. Handler, M.D., is a Research Vice President in the Healthcare Provider analyst group. Dr. Handler focuses on clinical applications and digital care delivery. More specifically he is covering electronic health record (EHR) systems, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, electronic patient record (EPR) systems and patient portals including critical capabilities, strategy, selection, governance, implementation, and optimization. He also helps clients develop their virtual care/telemedicine vision and strategy.
