With over 33 years in the transformation business, Mr. Klinect brings a diverse understanding of transformation. He has led large-scale transformations in all business segments, and has worked on mainframes, client/server, mobile, supercomputers and midrange platforms. This provides for a unique understanding of large-scale and small-scale transformation. During the preceding 34 years, he worked for some of the largest system integrators in a consulting capacity, helping Fortune 1000 companies in understanding and executing enterprise programs. He also ran a consulting company specializing in client/server transformation with both government and large defense contractors.
