Previous experience
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Liu led the investigative market research efforts in telecommunications and emerging technology opportunities for Epson R&D. Before Epson, Ms. Liu worked with the Japanese prefectural government as a coordinator for international relations, where she handled diplomatic affairs.
