Zachary Carmichael is a Consultant with Gartner consulting, supporting High-Tech and Financial Services clients in customer journey mapping, route-to-market, and partnership strategies. Mr. Carmichael has supported engagements for large technology providers around the topics of Cloud, AI, IoT, and partner ecosystems.
Mr. Carmichael supports research efforts around emerging technologies as well as enablement best practices for partners, guiding clients on how they can best structure a partner-led go-to-market in a constantly changing business environment.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Carmichael was a contractor for the Army Corps of Engineers, guiding system-level installation planning to help military bases structure their investments in new energy technologies. He aided in the development and marketing of internally developed optimization tools to streamline the planning and decisioning process.
Mr. Carmichael has also served as an advisor to dozens of startups, helping them to identify the right technologies and proper business models to correctly position their product portfolio and achieve sustainable scaling of their operations.
