ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is a certification measuring an organization’s quality management systems. It is a subset of ISO 9000, the international standard for quality control published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Compatibility with the standard demonstrates an organization’s consistency in delivering products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, and must be assessed by an external assessor from an accreditation body that evaluates an enterprise’s quality system.
