    Talent demand declined in most countries across December 2021, potentially due to the Omicron variant and cyclically low activity. 

    Top trends from this month’s report:

    • The U.S. saw marginal change in talent demand, whereas the U.K., Australia and Singapore saw a decline from November to December.
    •  IT skills such as programming continue to experience the largest demand volume in the U.S., India and Germany.
    • Demand for social and human service assistants grew by double digits in the U.S., while management analysts saw the greatest increase in demand in Germany.
