HGTV couples are some of the most perfect couples around. Now, Lowe’s is inviting aspiring HGTV duos to enjoy a DIY date night in honor of Valentine’s Day.
The home improvement icon selected ten of the most romantic cities in the nation, including Nashville, Denver, New Orleans, and Wisconsin, to host couples in a DIY paint night. Blank canvasses will be provided for couples to splash and sling paint colors to their heart’s content. The paint colors come courtesy of HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams, of course, and refreshments will be served. Couples can tote their masterpieces home and share them on social media as well.
During the pandemic, consumers flocked to Pinterest for help and inspiration with home improvement projects, recipes, at-home activities, and more. That said, it makes sense that Lowe’s would want to make the most of the DIY attitude that has taken over the trends. A regular in the Gartner Digital IQ Index: Big Box Gifted class, Lowe’s new move, which is pandemic-safe and socially-distanced, gives guests a chance to experience date night out, after countless date nights in due to the pandemic.
