So one of the big questions that will come up from time to time is this concept of agency territoriality, which I think going back probably 5-6 years was a big issue in the agency world and we've seen a lot of progress on that front, but the idea that agencies were always fighting for their bottom lines and fighting for a greater share of the clients budget. So I think if you're a marketing leader coming into a situation where you've got a roster of agencies that are all acting very territorial, it's absolutely within your purview and something that an agency should be responsive to. To essentially give them that directive that they need to play nice in the sandbox with each other. That may take the form of essentially having an agency summit meeting, bringing them all together, kind of laying down the law for the lack of a better term and then going back to the agency score carding process, making sure that that's a big part of how you're evaluating agencies on a quarterly basis going forward. How well are they collaborating with the other agencies in the eco system?
