Denise Rueb

Denise Rueb is a Gartner Research Director focused on the digital professional services market. Ms. Rueb’s research coverage includes the consulting, implementation and managed services across the digital services engagement life cycle. She places emphasis on the use of emerging digital technologies within solution portfolios including IoT. Her research supports services executives managing digital services: solution portfolios, competitive analysis, go to market plans, partnership programs, market differentiating strategies, case study development and assets/IP development. For the past 3 years her publishing research has specifically focused on digital-IoT service initiatives. Ms. Rueb has a diverse background in the high-tech industry. She spent more than 15 years as a management consultant, supporting several leading global service providers, including EY and IBM. Her management consulting expertise focused on strategic planning, business process reengineering and enterprise application development. She pioneered several practice methods, including IT strategic planning and process redesign. Ms. Rueb has more than 12 years as a senior director for digital solutions development, with recent emphasis on the Internet of Things solutions for the industrial sector. She led the creation of a manufacturing focused IoT business opportunity model, as well as the development of industry solution frameworks for several service providers, including IBM.
