The 2021 Supply Chain Diversity, Equity & Inclusion report, a survey by Gartner and the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), aims to measure and improve diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in supply chain organizations. Surveying supply chain organizations in Europe, the United States and Canada, the report shows supply chain organizations focus primarily on ethnicity and gender, while considering additional, often non-visible dimensions of diversity. The data reveals that organizations stand at an important inflection point, where awareness and education must shift to action.
