Despite the fact that 86% of sellers work for organizations that promote DEI, sellers report that bias and discrimination are still a part of their daily work. In fact, 25% of salespeople report witnessing or experiencing discriminatory workplace conduct many times per year. And 23% witness or experience employment discrimination at least a few times every month. Women possess levels of education that meet the sales role’s increasing complexity in greater numbers, and Gartner research has found that women’s quota achievement is higher than men’s.
