FAQ

From the webinar page, you will see a box to register on the right. Please enter your work email address here. If this box accepts your email, you are registered and will land on the player page. Click “Attend” and then “Add to calendar” to save a reminder. Return to this page for the live webinar. You may be prompted to enter your email once again.

If your email is not recognized, you will see a form to enter your details. This process doesn't require a password and you should only have to fill this form out once. Once the form is completed you are registered. You should only need to fill the form out again if you clear your cache and cookies.

Our webinar registration process is designed to recognize visitors. Therefore, it’s best for guests to register themselves. When you fill out the form, this experience is stored in your site browser cookies. You would then be recognized when returning to the webinar webpage to watch it live. This recognition piece makes it easier to access the webinar as you will land right on the webinar player page.

Upon registering you should have received a confirmation email with a link to add the webinar to your calendar. We also send reminder emails leading up to the webinar. Follow the links in those messages to access the event. You can also see the latest webinars at www.gartner.com/en/webinars. Join us for live webinars by following the links on this page at the time of the event.

Our web pages are designed to recognize visitors. If you already registered, you should just have to enter your email to watch the live video. If you haven’t already registered or if the form isn’t acting as expected, you may need to fill out the form again to enter the live webinar.

Our webinars are recorded and available to watch on-demand after they air. If you register for a webinar, even though you can’t make it, you will receive an email notifying you when the recording is available for viewing. You can then watch the webinar replay at your convenience.

You can also access our on demand webinars at www.gartner.com/en/webinars, simply scroll down and select the “On-Demand” tab. Gartner customers can search for on-demand webinars here
