Vice President and Distinguished Analyst

Janelle Hill is a world-renowned expert in applying process thinking to optimize business outcomes. Her research helps CIOs and business transformation leaders to successfully transform business operations from a people, process and technology innovation perspective. Ms. Hill also focuses on leading cultural and organizational change to accelerate adoption of new approaches and new behaviors.

Transforming to a digital business and enhancing the customer experience gives CIOs an opportunity to expand their reputation and expertise beyond back-office process automation into front-office effectiveness and innovation to drive growth. Leveraging existing competencies in business architecture, business process and business performance, yet in new ways, will expand CIOs’ engagement with business leaders, enabling earlier participation in strategic planning for growth and transformation initiatives.

Firsthand business and IT experience in multiple industries (automotive, telecommunications, healthcare payer, insurance and high tech), combined with more than 12 years of sales and marketing experience at technology providers, gives her a balanced and pragmatic perspective on what works and what does not. After more than 25 years of looking at how technology can enable business operations, Ms. Hill still enjoys helping clients apply technology strategically to deliver better business outcomes.
