Mary Williams is an Enterprise Information Management Senior Specialist for American Family Insurance. During her 20 years at American Family Insurance her primary focus has been Business Intelligence and Information Management. For the last 7 years she has been creating and enabling data and analytic strategies. Currently leading and driving change in the development and enablement of an Enterprise Information Strategy which received support at all levels of the organization including executive leadership. Developed and implemented framework and process for information strategy. The framework encompasses people, process, data and technology. Led the strategy called Customer 360 to configure a unified data view in order to improve customer experience. She created and executed the vision, strategy and roadmap to launch business analytics to key stakeholders. Her work has been reviewed by multiple Gartner analysts and noted as best practice. Accolade: Gartner Best Practice 80/20 rule to communicate to key stakeholders the level of effort involved in data preparation.
