Event Retirement

Over the past several months, we have been exploring scenarios for the evolution of the Gartner Business Transformation and Process Management Summit. As part of this exploration, we have conducted research to understand the critical market drivers and trends impacting our Summit constituents.

The market research and client feedback have shown that there has been a shift of priorities among our clients and prospects toward advanced BPM and business transformation. In depth analysis of our client behaviors also indicates that Enterprise Architects and CIOs are top-ranked readers of our BPM research, and that a majority of our attendees interested in BPM do not have BPM-specific roles or full-time BPM-related roles.

Given market dynamics and the shifts in how Gartner will cover business transformation and advanced business process management going forward, we will be retiring the Gartner Business Transformation and Process Management Summit.

Gartner sees an opportunity to better serve our clients and prospects by delivering insights into the various aspects of BPM and Business Transformation at the most relevant events in our portfolio. View the upcoming events.
