In this update of Gartner's worldwide IT spending forecast, U.S.-dollar-valued growth in 2015 has been revised to negative 1.3% from 2.4% in 4Q14. The change is mainly due to a rise in the U.S. dollar. In constant-currency terms, forecast growth for 2015 is down by 0.6 percentage points, to 3.1%.
