Forecast Alert: IT Spending, Worldwide, 2Q15 Update

Summary

Gartner's forecast for worldwide dollar-valued IT spending growth in 2015 has been revised to −5.5%, down from last quarter's −1.3%. The rising U.S. dollar is chiefly responsible for the change. In constant-currency terms, forecast growth for 2015 is down by only 0.6 percentage points to 2.5%.
