Worldwide sales of external storage in 1Q21 was $4.85 billion, down 2.1% compared to 1Q20. Revenue decline for solid-state arrays (SSAs) and hard disk/hybrid arrays was 2.4% and 1.9% respectively. Secondary storage grew 1.9% while primary storage continued to decrease at 4.8% YoY.
