Anthony J. Bradley
Anthony J. Bradley is a group vice president with Gartner Research and a lead analyst for social media and Web 2.0. He spearheaded the creation of, and currently leads, the Gartner analyst blogosphere and also helped design Gartner Peer Connect, a social media community for Gartner clients that numbers 10,000 and growing. Anthony has been building and investigating mass collaboration for more than 15 years.
Before joining Gartner, Anthony was cofounder and chief technology officer of Appergy, where he developed several mass collaboration products. Before that, he led META Group's digital products division responsible for delivering collaborative solutions for clients. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Anthony worked on several social media projects, including a design alternative for Army Knowledge Online.
Anthony holds an M.B.A. in information technology from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and an undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy.
Mark P. McDonald
Mark P. McDonald is a group vice president and Gartner Fellow with Gartner Executive Programs, where he works with executive teams on applying social and other technologies to achieve business results. Prior to working for Gartner, he was a partner at Accenture, responsible for that company's Center for Process Excellence.
Mark holds a Ph.D. in technology policy management from TU Delft, Netherlands, and a master's degree in economics and international finance from Trinity College, in Hartford Connecticut. He is coauthor, with Peter Keen, of the book The eProcess Edge. Mark is an active blogger and has been published and/or interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Forbes Online, the Financial Times and CNBC.
