Frances Russell specializes in technology and emerging trends and marketing data and analytics. Ms. Russell's second areas of interest include multichannel marketing and market research. She is an expert in evaluating and integrating new technologies into the MarTech stack, creating dashboards to demonstrate Marketing ROI and using data to enhance or design personalization initiatives.


Prior to her current role, Ms. Russell worked as a Senior Research Analyst in CEB's Marketing Leadership Council after working for 2.5 years as a Research Analyst in CEB's Information Technology Leadership Council, specializing in Applications. This experience has equipped her with an in-depth understanding of the technical challenges facing marketing leaders and marketing technologists who have a refined sense of business needs and use cases for technologies, but have spent less time working with vendors and implementing technologies than their IT counterparts.
