We're working to align our performance management with our leadership competencies (in Cornerstone) and Gallup Q12 engagement drivers. The goal is to embed engagement into daily leadership practices, strengthen our performance culture, and create consistent leadership standards. This should give our people leaders a clearer framework—better expectations, accountability, communication, and tighter performance-engagement connections. Has anyone tackled something similar?
