There is no policy around this, it is more to create inclusion and engagement when on a call, of course with the necessary filter to avoid distraction on both sides (or avoid people being curious about how your house looks like!). It just makes the conversation more interesting if you are looking at each other but we will never force someone to switch on the camera. Content you might like
