When you see the word "Ai" inside a Product or Company Description....does that immediately ADD value and improve or increase your perception of the Product/Company or does it DETRACT value (ie because it might be too expensive, you might not trust or believe in the Ai, you second-guess how the Ai operates, lack of transparency, etc)?

My initial perception (or rather hope) is that it adds value. But my reservation is that “AI” is can seem like it’s being used as a buzzword.

Yes I fully agree w/ you Jay that when used effectively Ai adds tremendous value...but the majority of companies are either under-utilizing it or mis-labeling it altogether.

So how did you end up voting it the Poll then...was your final answer Detracts or Adds Value?

Firstly I think the poll could have had an option to let folks vote and see the results if they didn’t have a strong opinion either way. Also, maybe the poll could have been structured in a way that lets people vote on a spectrum from positive to neutral to negative. Ultimate I voted that AI adds value because in general, I think that the intent of adding AI capability to products is to add value. We’re developing a SaaS product that does that to improve the contract lifecycle management but we’re not leading with an AI message.
