If the leader is inspiring, a great communicator, has visions that inspire employees to get creative and solve difficult problems, take reasonable risks it’s awesome

If the leader instead talks about buying $500 bottles of wine on business trips in town halls when the employees need to fly coach globally and stay in the cheapest possible hotels it’s extremely negative (Yes real examples I witnessed)
