Does anyone have a partner or consulting group that specializes in Sage 50?  I have an acquisition that uses Sage 50 and they need technical support.

Is anyone else considering an investment in Salesforce Data Cloud as a CDP with the option for direct activation, in addition to ingesting segments for more complex journey orchestration in a DXP like Marketing Cloud Engagement, etc? We're a large enterprise B2B software company considering the purchase of a CDP and DXP and have narrowed the choice to Salesforce where we have 2 solution architectures: 1) Segment and Engage in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, and 2) Segment in Salesforce Data Cloud and Engage in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.

How are other manufacturing companies achieving zero/near-zero downtime on their SAP systems? We are using eWM, and it integrates in with our shop floor automation vehicles.  (AGVs).  When SAP/eWM goes down, or experiences system slowness, it causes downtime on our manufacturing floor. This is becoming an issue with both planned and unplanned SAP outages.

How do you govern ITSM in such a complex environment? Consolidate, but tolerate autonomy? Consolidate, but leverage only one integrator? We're a large organization of 100k humans, spanning 400 sites, nearly every country, with multiple Service Now instances for HR, IT, Budget, and Procurement across CONUS and OCONUS. We handle millions of transactions annually, but we're grappling with cross-instance integrations and the velocity of bringing change into operation. Centralization added complexity, risk, and hindered new capabilities. Scoped applications have note simplified transfers of workflows. Autonomy looks promising but raises concerns about consistency. What's your approach, and what are the pros and cons you have experienced? Do your integrators appear to sabotage other integrators? Has anyone found utopia in this topic?
